Booking and Payment Policies

Our liability for any claim arising from our negligence will be limited to the cost of the journey.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary passports, visas, health certificates, and for adhering to all local laws and customs. Assumption of risk is implicit in engaging in luxury travel, including activities that may carry inherent risks. Please review your travel agreement carefully.
  • Mandatory Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended and, for certain high-value itineraries, may be required. This insurance should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. We can provide recommendations for reputable providers.
